What do you do?
How did two photographers working in the desert Southwest turned partners in "we're-punk-but-we-love-rules" crime start a free use Human Resources and Culture Training Library?
Funny story is we built it together. Building on Jae's more than 20 years of management and HR experience in businesses of ALL flavors and Liora's 10+ years of entrepreneurial experience building everything from an eight figure brand to non-profit conferences, we are the weirdos who think about company culture and HR for fun. We could not stop thinking about this stuff if we tried, so we constructed a place for it to live. Culture Frontiers came out of our obsession with making the world a better place with the assortment of skills at our disposal.
What started as one deck in response to one Culture Quake turned into a library, turned into a passion to make this knowledge available and accessible to everyone who needed it - no pay wall, no barrier to entry. Good culture can and should belong to everyone.

liora dudar
After achieving world-wide recognition and publication for several feminist photography projects, Liora co-founded and bootstrapped oVertone Haircare in 2014 with her business partner, taking the project from kitchen table to Target shelves within 7 years. oVertone is recognized not only for its innovative, industry disrupting hair color products, but also for the company's cultural commitment to dismantling conventional beauty standards through embracing and promoting a culture of radical inclusion and intersectional feminism. After a successful exit in early 2022, Liora turned an eye back to what excited her most about building a business in the first place - the people.
Creating, maintaining, and scaling a culture at a company that grew from two to eighty employees across two states and several disciplines - everything from software engineering to manufacturing - became a huge passion for Liora. She found excitement and passion in developing a people-first culture that encouraged and grew employees from within, and saw the first hand impacts on the bottom line. Today, she loves working with business leaders across industries to teach and support them in finding their voice and values.
